LONDON, Thursday. Mr Walter Citrine, General Secretary oi the Trades Union Congress, has ?ent a message to the United States suggesting that the President Mr Herbert Hoover should invite the co-operation of tlie leading nations in an investigation of the economic disorders which, he says, no country alone can solve.
