ROTARY CLUB
BOYS' BAND. Tb meCt the convCnience of members the weekly meeting of tbe Rotorua Rotary Club vvas held at six o'elock on Monday evening. The president, Rotarian Buddle, ocfcupied the chair and reported upon hiq representation of the club at the recerit Rotary Conferenee, in Wellirigton. He dutlined the various resolutions which had been dealt with and upon the motion of Rotariati O: H. Coleman was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for his report. The principal business dealt with was the establishment of the proposed Rotorua Boys' Band and it was decided to proceed with ^he organisation and register the band under the Incorporated Societies Act. A public meeting will be called at an early date to discuss thb raising of funds for the purpose of purchasing the necessary iristruments.
