WORKERS ARRESTED

forty injured BUDAPEST, Monday. Two workers have been arrested and charged with eomplicity in the express outrage which was caused by a handbag filled with dynamite being placed at the foot of the viaduct and connected with an electric pocket lamp battery. Those dead include two Engilshwomen. Forty were injured, fourteen of whom are in a dangerous condition. Thirteen of those engaged in the rescue work, suffered injuries in the ravine. Police believe that Communists were responsible and that they belong to_ an organisation concerned in several recent railway outrages.
