WHEN PLANE CRASHES

By Telephone — "Post" Special Service. MOSCOW, Saturday. The aeroplane, Hyphen 2, crashed near the mouth of the River Tahiper and 23 were killed. A survivor has not yelt been identified. The Soviet is sending aid. Later. Le Brix Boret is the survivor of the Hyphen 2 disaster.
