Paul Sloane is preparing to film "The Consolation Marriage." Myles Connolly is associate producer and the screen adaptation is by Humphrey Pearson from the story by Bill Cunningham. Geoffrey Kerr, former stage star, who makes his screen debut in Radio's "An Old Broadway Custom," will appear opposite Lily Damita in "The Sphinx has Spolcen," with Victor Schertzinger directing. J'ohn Howard Lawson will write the first screen story for Hope Williams, stage star, who has been signed by Radio.,
