TRAWLER ON REEF

LATER DRIFTS OFF WITHOUT CREW SYDNEY,, Thursday. The trawler Koraaga, grounded on a reef during the night in Shell Harbour. The captain and crew reached the shore in life boats. Local residents gave them shelter. The crew were amazed at 7 o'clock this morning to see the Koraaga drifting south on an even keel apparently little the worse for her experience. The captain explained that he had abandoned the trawler in the belief that she had become a total wreck, there being 10 feet of water in the hold.
