DEPOSITORS PROTEST
N.S.W. SAVINGS BANK SYDNEY, Wednesday. An organisat-ion known as the Government Savings Banlc Depositors' Defenee Association disapproves of the reconsti qcticn of the New South Wales Savings Banlc, and declares in a statement that the new bank cannot be carried on at a profit, and the loss thus sustained will have to be borne by tho impounded deposits of the old atomers. It emphasises that there is no real confidence in the re-constructed bank, and there never will he.
