SPITZBERGEN, Tuesday. Sir Hubert Wilkins' submarine Nautilus has a'rrived back here with the polar expedition. * The Nautilus1 left this port on August 18 on what was stated to be an under-ice dash to tbe Pole, and was not heard- from again until the beginning of September. Wireless niessages were then picked up to tbe effect that all was well.
