CAUGHT BY RADIO

MAN WITH MISSING CAR MASTERTON, last night. At about 4.45 p.m. to-day a motorcar from Wellington ran into an electric power pole at Carterton and was damaged. As he received a cut under the eye the driver was attended to by a doctor. • Mr H. B. Keenan, power board engineer, took particulars of the car and its number. The driver gave the name of James Albert- Robins, of Vivian Street, Wellington. Later, Mr Keenan was listening in on tbe radio v/hen he heard an announcement from Wellington that a car was missing. The description corresponded with that of the car involved' in the accjdent and he communicated with the police who arrested' Robins at a boardirighouse. He will appear in the Police Court in the morning.
