BARCELONA, Saturday. The inability of the terrorist leadors to restrain the mob passions whigh they-have unloosed, caused a resumption of civil war. Strikers, disregarding the calling off of the strike, began the day by overturning buses and tearing up tram rails. Civil guards, trying to disperse them, were met by a fusillade of shots. The strikers rushed to the union headquarters, where, with rifles, machine-guns, and ample ammunition, they kept a large force at bay for nearly six hours. They only surrendered when faced by a large force of artillery which threatened to .blow the building to pieces. Fire continued from the roof tops and the complete easualties are unknown. Plague now threatens the city.
