KREISLER'S APPEAL.

Fritz Kreisler has again recorded one of the most appealing melodies arranged by himself for the violin, "The Midnight Bells" from Heuberger*s operetta "The Opera Ball." On the reverse side is Kreisler's wellknown "The Old Refrain." The violinist plays with a poetry and sensibility of which only he is capable. His tone is suseeptible to to every mood of the music and always rich in quality. Michael Raucheisen is the accompanist. (H.M.V., DA1138).
