RUGBY, Monday. Aithough no official information has yet been received- from Rome, it is generally believed that Italy as well as Fi-ance will compete in the Schneider Trophy Race. The weather conditions at Calshot have made it impossible for the Bricish team to obtain any practice during the last five days. The Prince of Wales intends to watch the contest and arrangements are now completed to accommodate ' great crowds qf spectators. It is Tantieipated that the Schneider Trophy team will be able to resume practice to-day, though the conditions are by ... no means ideal.
