Ir The elimination rounds for the Rotorua Golf Club's Veterans' Cup Tournament and Handicap TourLament were played .on the Arikikapakapa Course yesterday in excellent weather. The course was in fine order and the greens, thoifgh a little heavy at first, due to the recent rain, * jdried off about noon to play well*jThere were several good scores returned during the day, the best being that of Col. J- Hughes, who, in the afternoon did a net score of 68, to win the stroke handicap matcjn The morning stroke handicap was won by H.
