PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES. At the conclusion of the tournament and other matches held in conjunctioii with it, Mr. H. Troutbeck, thanked the visitors for coming to Rotorua for the week's golf and expressed the hope -that they had all enjoyed themselves while here." Hethen asked Mrs. W. W. P. Hall, wife of the vice-president to present the crophies won during the tournament. The following trophies were presented : — Championship cup, G. Brinsden ; runner-up trophy, H. B. Luskj 'Thermal cup, A. Craig; runner-up trophy, D. Anderson. Other trophies presented were to A. Mead, first stroke handicap; G. Goss, best gross score (72) ; B. Peacoclc, second stroke handicap; M. D. Carr and G. Brinsden, tie for gross in second round; G. Brinsden and J. Goss, tie in first bogey handicap; S. E. Carr, second. bogey handicap; S. E. Carr and Wells, bogey fours; H. C. Wells and R. C. Smith, four-ball bogey; F. Fryer and Troutbeck, bogey foursome; and M. D. Carr and Campbell, second four-ball bogey. On behalf of the visitors, Mr. H. B. Lusk, complimented the club on the excellerit running of the tournament and expressed the opinion that Rotorua had the most wonderful course in the country. The meeting concluded with cheers hy the visitors for the host club.
