LONDON, Thursday. Commenting on New Zealand's aconomy committee, the Financiai News says, "The appointment need not lead to the supposition that it is a climax to a spendthrift career. The problems are normal ones of a mainly producing country, the income of which is liable to extreme fluctuations and in which a largs margin of safety is required. Experience emphasises the necessity of keepingjexpenditure substantially within spending capacity.
