DELHI, Friday. Gandhi has definitely made up his mind to represent Congress at the ound-table-conference and sails tomorrow. The final agreement was -eached last evening after which Gandhi and his entourage made a Iramatic last minute dash for Kals st'ation near Simla. It is understood :hat a settlement between the Congress committee and the Government has given all-round satisfaction.
