CHICAGA GANGSTER AGAIN. KIDNAPPING CASE.

By Telephone— Post" speciai oervice. CHICAGO, Wednesday. A1 Capone, the gangster leader, is again in hot water. The State Attorney is investigating his connection with .he kidnappig for ransom of Mr. John Lynch, part owner of the General News Bureau here. * When Lynch disappeared several days ago, friends appealed to Capone to use his influence with the kidnappers for his reltase. Capone expressed his willingness to do all in his nower, saying: "The kidnapper is no better'than a rat, and I do not approve of this racket because it malces the lddnappt d man's wife and kiddies worry so much. I shall be glad to help Ch'cago in this emergency if I can." To-night, when Capone was ostensibly negotiating with the lcidnappers, who were demanding 50,000 dollars, a police squad descended on a Chicago hitel whrre Capone maintained his headquartfers in an expensive suite, but Capone was out.
