NAPIER, August 26. After being adr'ft for three days in a disabled launch, Mr. W. NeviLe, of Portland Island, with his two children, Bessie, aged 11 and Ralph, aged' 9, finally reached Napier at a late hour on Tu:sday night in a smali flimsy d nghy.
