NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday The refiniiig of crude oil mto benzine and other products is to be com menced at the New Plymouth oil field in October. The trustees of the refinery company, now in the course of registrafcion, to-day s:gned an agreement with the Plume Oil Company to purchase •nude oil un to 5,000,000 gallons at 5d. per gallon.
