Roy James Lambess, ex-jockey, was charged at the Magistrate’s Court with not attending parades. Defendant did not appear. Lambess is 32 years of age, and described as one ot the worst shirkers in the Dominion, and [had never [attended a parade. The Magistrate deprived him of all civil rights for live years.
