Arrests in connection with the Prussian grain frauds include high officials of the Imperial Wheat Office and the president of the Wheat Office at Tuchel, Prussia. INHABITANTS COMPELLED TO LEAVE. The Hague, flug. 18. It is reported from the frontier that the Germans compelled twelve hundred inhabitants to leave Charlevelle, who passed through Aix le Ohapelle towards Germany.
