THE TRENTHAM CAMP.

The health bulletin issued at noon yesterday by the Principal Medical Officer, at Trent ham (Colonel Andrews) reads:— “One more suspicious. case of cerebro spinal -meningitis. The other cases progressing favourably. Diphtheria case much improved. No fresh cases. Pneumonia ease much the same. ” General Hendersonn states that the Minister of Defence (Hon. Jas. Allen), has sanctioned the erection of a * forty-eight-bed infections diseases hospital. Plans iiave been submitted and approved, and .the erection of one ward, on land newly acquired by the Government, is to be undertaken immediately. A sum of £2230 has been authorised for the construction of the building, which will be added to if the occasion arises. The first ward is expected to be ready for occupation by October.
