GERMAN SUBMARINE CAPTURED. BATTERED BRITISH DESTROYER. Received Aug. 18, 1.15 p.m. Mew York, Aug. 17.
Passengers by the Cuuarder Aluonia saw a captured German submarine lashed to a British cruiser. It was being taken to Deal, in England. A British destroyei, badly battered, .was taken there at the same time. There are no details.
