STOCK REPORT. Abraham and Williams Ltd. report: On Tnesady, 'at Linton, we - hold what may be considered one of the most successfnl stock sales ever held in the district. A large yarding of both fat and store stock came forward and buyers were present from the Manawatu, Feildiug and local districts. The whole of the entry was sold under the hammer at the following prices:—On account of Messrs Akers Bros., 3a fat hoggets 31s, 22 fat ewes and wethers £2 10s; on account of Wm. Craw, 145 fat and forward wethers 30s, 130 fat wethers 32s Gd, 310 2th to f.m. ewes in lamb 32s 2d to 32s 4d, 53 2ths 34s Id, 23 ewes and lambs 33s 3d, 49 mixed hoggets 18s 2d ; on account A. Onrrin, 24 hoggets 235. Cattle: On account Messrs Akers Bros, 16 fat bullocks at £2O 7s, 8 fat bullocks £2O, 8 fat bullocks £lB 14s, 8 fat bullocks £lB 4s Gd, Bfat bullocks £lB 2s Gd, 8 fat bullocks £l7 17s Gd, 8 fat bullocks £l7; on account W. Craw, 2 forward bullocks £l3 16s; on account J. Mason, 6 springing heifers £9 7s, 5 springing heifers £7 6s, 3 springing heifers £5.
