THE CAUSE DISCOVERED. |
DELIBERATELY INFECTED RATS. London, August 15. Three cases of bubonic plague have occurred at Bristol. A medical officer thinks it possible the trouble has arisen from an infected rat, which was found deliberately infected. Investigation is proceeding.
