The tables were loaded with a variety of tempting dishes, while vases of"”lovely spring flowers added to.the effect. ‘The tea gave an opportunity for making one another’s acquaintance, and must be deemed a great success. Following came n meeting which wasbrief and bright, speeches being delivered by Rev. Percy Keall, of Sanson; Rev. Coatsworth, of Halcombe; Mr H. H. Richardson, treasurer of the Trust; Mr T. T. Bartlett, circuit steward; Captain Fraser, Salvation-Array, and others, while those helping with the musical programme were Mrs Oobham, Miss BolcTaway, Mr Holdaway, Mr Allott and Rev. Rands.
