MARTON PATRISTIC WORKERS.

The balance sheet of the Martou Patriotic Workers, , who have conducted a patriotic shop in Martou from December to June, and are still going strong, is very interesting reading, and we have much pleasure in publishing the result of tbe work of the ladies of this district. The shop is under the direction each month of a lady member of the Society, who has a staff of young lady workers. The total revenue for the seven months that they have been conducting the siiop is £llO2 Its lOd, and the expenses tor that period are only £24 18s 9d. They have forwarded to the Y. M. O. A. £759 10s. and to the Reel Cross Society £397 its—a truly magnificent result, and great praise is due to the ladies for their unselfish end untiring efforts in raisings funds for our gallant lads at the front. Mjy success still crown their efforts. ’ Balance-sheet from December Ist,' IDjo, to June 30th, 191 G,
