RANGITIKEI DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB. The Bulls section held their weekly parade on Wednesday evening, the weather again preventing a good muster. Bertram instructed the men in squad drill and rifle exercises, and also in a short lecture interestingly described a company in attack, and. the dispositions made when coming under shellfire to prevent casualties. Captain Qaisford < announced that next Wednesday evening would be devoted to rifle shooting, and that the,new rifles now being to hand a big improvement in the scores is exspec ted.
