GERMAN PROPERTY MAY BE SEIZED. IN RETALIATION. Reuter London, August 9. In the House of Lords, Lord Lansdowne stated that the Government was conferring with the highest commercial banking authorities on the question of confiscation of German property in retaliation for outrages.
