An Austrian ' communique says : We captured the heights eastward of Warochta, on the Upper Prnth, and withdrew from the vicinity of Ottynia to previously prepared positions. We repulsed strong attacks on Bothmer’s southern wing. The lighting in Volhynia is of the most violent description. The Russians were driven back at certain points, also near Kisicli and the Stokhod salient. Siberian and Uuard troops, attacking in masses near Kaizowka, were everwyhere driven back.
