I hereby give notice that pursuant to a writ of sale to me directed all that piece of land containing by admeasurement two roods five decimal seven perches, be the same a little more or less, being section 48, part of Block VII., Rangilikei District, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington as No. 1961, and the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 174, folio 166, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 65301 securing £46 and interest, will be sold at the suit of the said Plaintiff by Public Auction by Messrs Abraham and Williams, Limited, at their saleyards office at Marton on TUESDAY, the 15th day of August, 1916, at 13.45 o’clock. The name of the officer executing the writ is Frederick William Hart, Sheriff of the District of Wanganui and Rangitikei.
