TRACED TO GERMAN AGENCY.

Ang. 10, The police are investigating information indicating that the explosion, particulars of which were cabled on the UOtb, was the work of German plottirs who were trying to prevent the shipment of munitions. A letter has been discovered showing that the explosion wrecking vessels at Seattle early in 1915 was the work of A letter was found in the mail to Germany which says: “I disappeared from Seattle suddenly because I nelped sending to the bottom of the harbour a shipment of explosives for the Russians they would not hesitate to do the same again. ”
The Federal authorities are in vestigating.
