WOMEN’S FRANCHISE.

London, June 21. * The Suffrage Committee, reporting to the International Congress of Women, combated the idea that women were indifferent to the franchise where they possessed it. There were many references to Australasia. A great majority of- the Congress favoured granting the franchise.
