" The case of smoker’s heart in a child throe and three-quarter years old, which has been discovered in Oxfordshire, is now the subject of a special investigation by the Oxfordshire Education , Committee, says the Daily Express. The case was discovered during the medical inspection of the school children, and it is said that the father has trained the child to smoke, and supplies him with ten cigarettes a day.
