SANDON OLD BOYS.

The Old Boys’ Association Committee met in the Sandon Public Hall on Saturday evening for the purppose of making final arrangements for the big gathering on Friday next[of old friends ;:and schoolfellows who once again will have the opportunity of cementing old bonds and forming new ties and of recalling reminiscences of happy childhood days spent so pleasantly at the Sandon School. Five hundred and thirty invitations have been issued and all who are so fortunate as to have attended the school at some period of its existence will do their utmost to be present. An energetic committee will spend the greater part of the week preparing for the reception of guests, and only those who are present can realise to what extent these annual festivities have developed, and the promoters have every reason to be proud of the undoubted popularity of the reunion. The Entertainment Committee reported that they had prepared an excellent programme of music, and those who enjoy the delights of dancing will have the best of bands to direct their steps. In all probability flashlight photographs will be taken of the huge gathering, which if successful will appear in some of the weekly illustrated papers. ’
