MANGEY DOGS.
SIR,—As an owner of valuable dogs I wish to know if anything can be done to prevent dogs with mange, or a disease very much like it, fanning loose in Marton. It is a grave menace to other dogs, as I understand they have but to rub against one another to contract the disease. Thanking you for your valuable space.—l am, eto,, ANXIOUS,
