The Record, commenting on Canon Wright’s acceptance of the Archbishopric of Sydney, regrets the withdrawal from the Councils of the English Church of one whose wise judgment, breadth of view and moderating influence are of incalculable value. Nevertheless it is right that tbe Mother Church should give her best to, the Daughter Churches.
