Kangitikei county COUNCIL. Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Sub-sec-tion (3) (d) of Section 3 of ‘‘ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” that the Special Roll of the Junction Station Special Rating Disr trict over which it is proposed to levy a special rate to provide interest, etc., upon a loan of £550, proposed to be raised under the provisions of the said Act for providing portion of cost of sub-way at Marton Junction Railway Station, to form and metal approach to Railway Crossing Pipae Street and to metal Oiroa and Pipae streets, and portion of French Street, Marton Extension, is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Council, High Street, Marton, until the 19th day of June, 1909. Any person whose name appears upon such Special Roll may, not later than seven days after the last day on which the Roll is so deposited, lodge with the Council an objection to his name being included in the Roll on the ground that his property will not be benefited, or will be only partially benefited by the expenditure of the proposed loan, or on the ground that the property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the Roll.
