DIVIDING A FORTUNE.
A friendly suit to accelerate the allotment of the estate of Mr Antonio Yzanaga del Valle, the wealthy Cuban planter, baa been commenced by his three daughters, Oonsuelo Dnchess of Manchester, Lady Lister-Kaye, and Miss Emily Yzanaga. The three plaintiffs contend that they only learned 17 years after the fact that their brother had the will proved at Philadelphia instead of New York. In ignorance of this illegality, they signed papers at the request of the Orphans’ Court. Philadelphia, for the appointment of trustees. Under the laws of New York the will would be invalid baoauce it ties up the estate for a longer period than two lives in being. The plaintiffs ask that the will be declared invalid and that the whole estate, instead of the income only, be apportioned among them forthwith. Justice Dowling, of .the Supreme Court, appointed Mr John M. Bowers, counsel for the .Duka of Manchester, guardian and ' litem of the children of the dnke.
