United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, Received June 10,’10.0 a.m. Perth, June 10. Sir Josiah Symonds has returned from a visit to England and says that the whole naval scare is worked up for party purposes hy the Tory Party and newspapers. No responsible person with whom he spoke doubted the supremacy of the Navy nor is it doubted that its absolute supremacy is essential.
