GERMAN NAVAL PROGRAMME.

The Times says it is reported in Berlin and Kiel that contracts have been signed for two capital ships of the 1909 programme, which Admiral Tirpitz assured the Reichstag would not be placed until some months after the conditions were drawn up late in the summer. * THE ESTIMATES Received June 10, 8.15 a.m. Berlin, June 9. The German Naval estimates for the current year are £19,500,000, of which £5,350,000 is to be met out of loan.
