The sitting of the Royal Commission on coal mining disputes was resumed yesterday. Counsel for the miners announced that the men intended to withdraw all claims, chiefly because of the delay that had taken place oyer the hearing of oases and want of guarantee that there would not be similar delay§ln other claims which would mean waiting one or two years. The Commission adjourned till the 28th to await developments.
