WEDDING.

ANDERSON-RUEBE.

On Thursday, June 3rd, a wedding was celebrated at Mr R. Q ndopp’s residence, Springvale, Wanganui, between Mr John Anderson, of Mar con and Miss daughter of the lace Mr Q. Ruebe, of Wanganui. The service was performed by the Rev. D. Gordon, and the bripe was given away by her brother, Mr O. Ruebe, of Ngaire. The bribe wore a |brown tailor made costume ami white felt hat and carried a lovely bouquet, made by Mrs Klatof'er, of Marton. The bridesmaid. Miss A. Ruebe, wore a dark green costume and white hat. Mr James McGregor was beat man. The bridegroom’s presents to the bride and bridesmaid were gold bangles, and tbe bride's present to the hridegtocm was a gold watch guard. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast took place, at which many relatives of the two families were present. Mr' and Mrs Anderson left by the afternoon train for Marton. “
