W. N. Willis has provided another sensation. He reported to the police that during last night burglars visited his residence at Randwick and attempted to break into his’safe. They*bored and then the drill broke. A portion was found on the floor.
Mr Wiliis believes that the robbers were after certain papers, not valuables, as they left henind a “quantity of silver elate. They obtained admittance by an unfastened window. The police are of opinion that it is not an expert cracksman’s job.
