The newspaper Nachriobten, commenting on the Kaiser’s visit to meet the Czar, which the German semi-official newspapers ascribe to the Czar's invitation, declares that the dnty of German diplomatists is t 6 drive further wedges between Britain ahd Russia, and smash the understanding between them whereever possible. It concludes by hinting at the possibility of Germany assisting Russian ascendancy in Persia. St. Petersburg, June 4.
