United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Quebec, June 3. The Government at Quebec* has decided that all pulp, destined for the United States, must be manuIfaotured in Canada when the wood is out from Crown lands. The prohibition'of the export of pulp wood off the pnhlio domain is due to depletion of the United States forests, and the American Senate not acceding to Canada’s request to abolish the duty of five dollars a ton.
