E A review will be held at Spithead on the 12th, and will exclusively comprise warships always fully manned,, always in Home waters, always fully stored as for action and always under war training. They Will be anchored in seven lines, occupying 18 niiles of sea room and will include 24 battleships, 16 armoured cruisers, 8 other cruisers, 4 .scouts, 48 destroyers, 85 submarines, ;and 9 auxiliaries.
