BUTTER-MAKING PRIZES.
Mr Cuddle, Dairy Commissioner, judged the exhibits of factory-made butter at Otago Winter Show. He remarked that the were among the best he has seen at a Dunedin winter show, both as regards entries and quality. Competition in all classes was extremely keen, and the produce as a whole is a credit to the manufacturers. The degree of uniformity was most noticeable, speaking well for the system of manufacture at the various factories. Results: —
