■ Per Press Association. Wellington, June S. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day Mr Riddell, S.M., gave his decision in the case :n Which Police Constables John E. Watson and Wm. Joseph;Gardiner were charged with assaulting Wm. Rolfe and his wife on the night of 10th May. v His Worship commented In strong terms of the conducts/of the - men.
