Mr Dennis Samuel, brother of Mr Herbert Samuel, M.'P., Under-Secre-tary for Home Affairs, a member of the firm of Samuel' & Montague, bankers, committed suicide at Leamington on the railway owing to a nervous breakdown following influenza.
